CHRDF is a non-government organization that was established and duly registered with the SEC in 1994. Its main advocacy is to design and deliver training programs for the continuing professional education of teachers and librarians. Backed by a pool of experts in almost all fields of education, CHRDF continues to enhance, enrich and empower teachers, librarians and other professions nationwide through its seminars. It also conducts annual reviews for the Librarians' Licensure Examination.
